Side Activities
I'm always keen to contribute to the gamedev community in any way I can. So I use some of my spare time to manage side projects. You can get a glimpse of some of them here.

Behind the Games
Behind the Games is a passion-driven podcast project that I co-founded with Nicolas Vienat. Our mission is to meet the people who work behind every kind of game and to uncover more about their roles, daily challenges, and personal stories. Initially launched in 2022 on Twitch and YouTube, we have since transitioned to a podcast format, complemented by video episodes available on YouTube. The project has grown from just the two of us to a team of nearly ten dedicated individuals since 2023.
Our podcast stands out because almost all of our team members are active in the video game industry. This insider perspective allows us to ask relevant questions that resonate with our audience. We provide a platform for passionate gaming industry professionals to share their experiences, insights, and the challenges they face. Through our episodes, we aim to guide students looking to enter the industry, help workers understand the nuances of various roles, and assist HR professionals in identifying job-specific needs.
As a Project Manager for Behind the Games, my responsibilities include managing the schedule for upcoming seasons, maintaining our project and task management tool (Notion), organizing bi-monthly team meetings to align on tasks and priorities, allocating resources for each interview, and preparing and writing some of the interviews.
We have successfully released three seasons, and season four is currently underway.
DevTeam Drinks
DevTeam Drinks is an initiative I co-organize to foster the game development community in Lyon. The project started when Victor Lahlou, creator of a gamedev comic book, organized events for his community in Montréal, and the French community requested similar gatherings. Since July 2024, we have been setting up monthly DevTeam Drink events in Lyon.
The goal is to provide a comfortable venue where game developers can come together to discuss their work and share their experiences. By creating a welcoming environment, we aim to strengthen the ties within the local game development community.
My main missions are:

Free ticketing system
Our primary goal is to maintain a manageable event size

Booking venue for events
We are always looking for new chill place to gather

Event management
Welcoming attendees, and facilitating conversations among game developers

VEGA Project
VEGA is a personal video game development project that I initiated in July 2024, driven by a desire to enhance technical skills and expand my portfolio.
Collaborating with a small team of former colleagues, we brainstormed a compelling game concept to bring to life using Unreal Engine 5. Our aim is to develop and eventually release this game on Steam, all while working on it during our free time.
As the Producer, I oversee the project's schedule, aligning it with each team member's availability, and managing the setup and progression within Jira. Additionally, I organize weekly sprint planning and reviews, as well as team meetings and one-on-one sessions to ensure smooth progress and effective collaboration. While we don't intend to establish our own studio through this project, VEGA serves as a valuable opportunity to refine our skills and contribute to our professional portfolios.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to develop this exciting project into 2025.

Lyon Game Dev
During my three-year tenure as vice-president of the Lyon Game Dev association, I played a pivotal role in refining and expanding our monthly meetups to better serve the local game development community. Lyon Game Dev aims to gather game developers near Lyon, providing a platform for both students and professionals to connect, collaborate, and showcase their projects.
Recognizing the growing popularity of our events, I redefined the meetup process by implementing a comprehensive welcoming procedure, restructuring the game project pitch sessions to be more concise, and securing larger venues to accommodate our increasing attendance.
Our meetups grew from attracting around 70 participants to regularly hosting over 120 individuals, fostering a more inclusive and engaging environment for all attendees.
